I am a personal trainer originally from the west coast of Canada. My dad was a competitive bodybuilder and my mother was a figure skating coach, so the sports and health were an importance as I grew up.

I always admired the toned althletic look that I saw in magazines. So, last year I entered my first competition. I placed third in FAME Prairies Fitness Modeling, then proceded to the FAME Worlds. This year I placed 9th in Prairies Fitness Modeling, and as I proceded to the Worlds placed 11th in Fitness Modeling and 6th in Figure.

This year I have been featured in Oxygen "Work in Progress", I am now a sponsered athlete with PVL, featured on the "Naked New" Road to FAME (no, not naked!), I have been doing runway, calendar work, and now Ben Johnson's billboard model for his new clothing line. Also, this year I would like to appear in Curves Magazine and continue my modeling and competing.
