Born
and raised in California, I come from an athletic background; played many sports
in school. After graduating high school, I discovered the gym.
Working
out with weights and seeing the results I was amazed and loved the muscle. At
the time, my mom was competing in bodybuilding. That is where I got most of my
motivation in the gym from.
I continued to train and learn.
in 2004, I decided to do a local figure show. After that, my competitive personality
was hooked. After six figure competitions, I wanted to try something different.
That brought me to the womens tri-fitness.

Loved
the athletic challenge that competition has to offer. An obstacle course, fitness
skills & grace and physique round. It wasn't til the end of 2007 I decided
to start training for bodybuilding.
2008, I did my first two
bodybuilding shows. I really enjoyed it. I love the hard training and the discipline
it requires to get up on stage.
I now reside in NYC and love
it here. I enjoy the energy and diversity NYC brings to my life. I plan on doing
a couple more local bodybuilding shows and then start to hit the national stage.
