I have been training for 18 years now; first as a fitnesslady and later I became a female bodybuilder. I really love to feel my power and go beyond my limts during the training.

As an amateur I've won all the titles: Ms Holland, Ms Europe, Ms World and Ms Universe. Since 2 years I am a professional and occasionally I compete in the USA. Besides that I am a personal trainer and guide other athlethes to compete.
