I
started exercising seriously on March 21, 1993. My bodyweight was 48
kg. Since this time I have been writing my training diary.
I got the first dumbells when my husband wanted to throw
away his 9 kg dumbells. From the very beginning, I was eager to lift
heavy weights and of course I could not, but I kept my enthusiasm for
exercising.
I recorded a significant progress in the first years,
but I have no idea what the shares of fat and muscles were since my
nutrition was far from perfect and I believed that the more I ate, the
better.

My husband has helped me with the theoretical background
from the beginning up to today. We found the first knowledge in the
newspapers, selected what was interesting and after consideration, I
exercised under his supervision. I have never had problem to be ripped,
but generally the woman have the problem to develop bigger mass.
My first competition was Slovak Cup Diana 2000 and I was
second and then followed my international contests and successes.
