I am a personal fitness trainer and NPC Figure Competitor. I have been competing for two years and will keep on competing until I can get a pro card. Once I have achieved that goal, I hope to compete amongst the best in this sport at the Figure Olympia.

I have learned so much about sculpting the body to a desired shape and I believe that bodybuilding is an art in itself. It's a creativity that you must be able to see from within in order to produce a finished product. But yet that product is never quite finished is it?

I am also currently helping some local girls prepare for their first figure competitions this year.

It was so hard my first year. I had to do so much research to learn the ins and outs of this hobby. I wished I had someone I could've gone to that first time that could have prepared me for what I was about to go through. So I am laying out the ground work to start having figure preparation seminars in my home town.

I want to share what I have learned and experienced with others and help them succeed in reaching their own personal goals. I love to see people find happiness within themselves and when you train for something like this, you test yourself many times. But in the end, the self confidence that projects from that individual is catching and you can't help but feel it too!

That's why I love my job as a trainer. I am hard on my clients and I am strict, but they love themselves more because of it and that brings me satisfaction in knowing I've helped someone change their life for the better.
