I did the EAS Body for Life Challenge in 2002 and became the Australian Grand Master Champion beating over 8,000 other competitors to take out the open title winning a brand new proton satria GTI.

Since doing the challenge, I have now pursued my new career in health and fitness, becoming a personal trainer and then opening my own studio, Desire Fitness on Sydney's northern beaches.

In March 2004, Porter Freeman from America flew out to present me with my new title as the Offical Ambassador in Australia, awarding me with a 14kt gold ring. I have appeared on TV, radio and newspapers as well as magazines such as Ultrafit and America's Energy Magazine.

I run regular support meets in Sydney and conduct motivational talks. I am also a regular contributor to the EAS Body for Life Forum. Since opening my business, I have trained people in pursuing excellence in all their fitness goals including training 2 BFL champions. I hope to maybe help you achieve your goals too.
