All
I can say is it's an amazing feeling when all of your hard work, dreams
and goals start paving the way to your future. Let me explain: My mom
says it started in preschool. My teacher told her she never saw a child
so strong. "I could see her in the Olympics."

By the age of 4, I started gymnastics on the bars and
rings. Running, softball, cheerleading and much more was how I lived
my childhood. There is just about nothing I can't do. I was 19 years
old when I REALLY started the gym.
Year by year I learned more. Soon, I was helping others.
I became a personal trainer while working on My Bachelors of Science
at the University of South Florida. In addition to training, I instructed
spinning, kickboxing and strength and conditioning. Keeping my ultimate
goal of health and fitness in mind, I became a certified massage therapist
at the Humanities Center in Pinellas Park, Florida.
Just a few months later, I would have my lifetime goal
at my fingertips. I packed up from my hometown (of 29 years) St. Petersburg,
Florida and headed for St. Louis, MO. I am currently practicing at Westerfield
Health Center in Chesterfield, Missouri. I've found my niche and there's
room for everyone. "I love healing with my strong mind, hands, and heart."
In addition to seeing patients I train sport specific athletes and prepare
bodybuilders for competition.
In 2003 after winning the overall title at the Junior
Nationals and placing 7th at the USA I was named one of the top amateur
bodybuilders in the country. I am currently training to win my pro-card
(professional status) later this year. I wish to use all my experience
to give, serve, and love.
I plan to use my physique as an educational as well as
an advertisement tool to promote better health and educate others on
chiropractic care. I plan to continue to strive to be the best health
care provider I can be, and to do that I must always remember that "obstacles
are what you see when you take your eyes off the goal."
