I am a competitive bodybuilder here in Australia and currently own and run one of Australia's most successful 'onstage contest preparation' businesses - "Style on Stage"

I have been training and competing for over 10 years now and hold 7 National titles as well as 5 world and Universe placings. I have had the past 12 months off from training and competing to concentrate on my business but am eager to get back on stage in 2007 (with time permitting).

My goal throughout my competitive history has been to prove that females can maintain their femininity as well as be muscular - I am trying to pass this on to my clients through the way I teach them to pose as well as their costumes and choreographed routines.

I live in a suburb of Brisbane in Queensland, Australia with my partner, my daughter and our two dogs Leah (golden retriever) and Jak (greyhound) - who were both saved from an animal refuge and pampered beyond belief!!
