everyone,
My name is Jolanda and I am a fitness/figure competitor from Holland.
I am Dutch Champion 2000, World Champion, Overall winner and Miss Universe 2004
even with the couples.
In Holland I am the bondscoach of KNKF
for fitness and figure girls. I help athletes to have a good diet,training program
and performance so we can take them to the great competitions!
Working
for Sport in Holland (do the fitness), writing for the Muscle Mag NL (have my
own columm "What's on" and Helden te huur and I am chairmember womans
committee EBPF :-)
I have my own gym, Beuving Sport in Mijdrecht. What I really like to do is make my hobby my work. I do
a lot of things like personal training, TV work, modelling and guestposing with
my dancers, but I really like it and my life!! Most of all is all the work I have
with my athletes and people from the gym to show them how wonderfull life is...to
live healthily, training and a good body! Like I always say: Be yourself and enjoy
the day!
