I
graduated with a BA in Kinesiology and Dance from Southeastern Louisiana University
in Hammond, LA.
For the past four years I taught dance/theater
classes at LSU in Baton Rouge,LA and continue to do so. I also manage Bayou Fitness,
a health and fitness faciliy in Baton Rouge. There, I also am a personal trainer
specifing my training to clients with special needs.
I also
choreograph for LSU and for fitness competitors. I have won ESPN National Championships
in 2001 and 2002. I have been competing in the Fitness America Organization for
four years. I have also won many regional and National events.
I
have also been featured in Oxygen Magazine in March 2004 along with many other
publications.
