I love listening to rock music and watching sports.
I train about five times a week and tend to keep the weights heavy and the reps
low. There is no hard and fast rule though!
I first got into
training about six years ago as a way of keeping fit and getting into shape.
have been training seriously though for about four years. The first time I lifted
a weight I became hooked instantly.
I loved the way it made
me feel and the effect it had on my body. It became addictive watching my muscles
grow and I love pushing myself to the limit each time I go into the gym.
soon discovered that I was very strong for a woman; especially my
legs. At present I am squatting over 500lbs and my maximum dead lift and bench
are just under 400lbs.
