Being a competitive gymnast in the past, bodybuilding came naturally to me. My competitive career in bodybuilding began in 1997 in the United States. In 2000, I moved back home to Canada and continued with the sport in 2001. With hard work and dedication, I have attained goals I never thought were possible by representing Canada at the 2003 IFBB Women's World Bodybuilding Championships in Spain.

I am a certified personal fitness trainer with ISSA and am working on completing certification on performance nutrition. I am a registered natural products advisor and certified as an NCCP Level 3 women's gymnastics coach.
