And I love sharing what I know to help others experience
a better quality life through exercise, nutrition and recovery. Incorporating
these habits early in life leads to a longer life with less disease and illness.
I love life and I want to enjoy it. I want to be healthy and happy and stress-free.
I thank my Heavenly Father for each day of life he graciously provides.
I
have a BA degree in business administration, a real estate license, certification
in sports nutrition, and a certified personal trainer. I compete in bodybuilding
and hope to secure a pro card soon.
The pro card helps me
gain exposure and I would like to be able to conduct seminars in nutrition and
exercise to help educate others. I would like to be a role model for women and
inspire them to start a fitness lifestyle.
It does not matter
how old you are or how many children you have, women can and should start a fitness
program. Anything keeping you from starting is still just an excuse. Stop making
excuses and get moving!
I have been married for 16 years and
I have 3 wonderful children. I work out with my husband, Freddy, and he is also
my trainer.
My husband and I spend a lot of time in Costa
Rica. We find it more relaxing and to be less stressful than living full time
in the states.
I love all sports, especially roller blading
and water skiing. I love to read and spend time in nature. I love to cook and
I love to eat.
