I'm a former basketball player turned figure competitor. I've always loved training hard and lifting heavy weights. It is my goal to convince women that lifting heavy will NOT make them huge like a man, but it will give them the lean and shapely body that they have always wanted!

I love to write, read, cook, rockclimb, play basketball, workout (obviously), go to movies, go to the symphony and opera, chill in a cozy coffee shop, and of course, I LOVE to shop! I hate to clean and I hate bugs.
