Tara Marie Segundo is an award-winning Pro Natural Figure Competitor and a credentialed fitness authority. Published in several top health and fitness magazines, she has extensive on-camera experience and a strong background in modeling, acting, broadcasting and voice-overs.

In 2003 at the age of 38, Tara began competing as an amateur Figure Competitor with the National Amateur Body Builders Association (NABBA) and won first place, taking the title of "Ms. Figure Empire State 2003". That same year, she placed second at the
"Ms. Figure America National Championships".

Continuing her success, she went back to "Ms Figure America" in 2004 and placed first in her class. One week later, she took second place at INBF's "Naturalmania National Figure Championships" and earned her Pro card. She finished the year with her first Pro show, The WNBF "Pro Natural World Bodybuilding Championships", and took 8th place as WNBF's "Ms. Exercise Figure".

Thrilled with a top ten placement at her first Pro show, she plans to continue competing well into the future. Upcoming events in 2006 include WNBF's "Northeast Classic" in Massachusetts this May and WNBF's "Pro Natural World Championships" this November in New York City.
