Dance, gymnastics and various adventure activities outdoors enlightens me and keeps me energized and healthy.

I have enjoyed competing in fitness the past four years and have made incredible friends. Most importantly, they are incredible role models to their children, family and colleagues.

Inspiration is what keeps me going. I relish in the opportunity to write articles and help others see the signficance of leading a healthy lifestyle.
