I am a Certified Fitness Professional and Group Exercise Instructor, along with possessing a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology. With over 10 years of experience and education in the health and fitness field, not only have I chosen this path as my lifestyle, but it is also my passion.

I demonstrate great pride in living a healthy, stable life, and sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm for fitness with my clients and others. As a trained studio dancer for over 20-some years, I have also succeeded as a National Level Fitness Competitor and now continuing to push forward in the Figure Division, as I strive to earn my NPC Figure pro-card in 2007.
BIO
I started as a classically trained ballet dancer since the age of 3 and became obsessed with fitness by age 13. I remember saving up my allowance every week to buy a new workout tape and a heavier set of weights. Before I knew it, I developed my own little gym in my bedroom. I was a pretty lucky kid; I even had a treadmill and Stairclimber. Everyday throughout junior high and high school, I came home, watched my pre-taped exercise shows, and worked out. I would stay up late to study and work out...I even remember my dad knocking on my door in the middle of the night telling me "the treadmill is too loud, stop working out, and go to bed!"
I started teaching aerobics and personal training my Freshmen year, along with becoming a Dance Team member, which continued throughout the 4 years I attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, while obtaining my degree in Exercise Physiology/Kinesiology.
Immediately after graduating, I moved to South Florida where I have resided for the last 7 and a half years. Within the first year, I started to compete in fitness and progressed to the NPC National level, but decided to transition to the Figure Division in 2005.
FUTURE GOALS
My future goals include earning both my Figure and Fitness ProCard and establishing a name for myself within the competitive industry and the fitness modeling world. Currently, I am seeking sponsorship opportunities that will also allow me to share my passion and knowledge for fitness and competing. My ultimate goals would be to become a mother and wife. I can't wait until the day where I can be that "SuperMom" competing in front of my family.
