They
will remember who Valérie Lévesque is! That's the goal I had for
my first competition. After winning 3rd place, I changed my goal and told myself
I will make my way to the top!
Everything started with a dream
I had to compete, which I put on the side because of hypoglycemia. Then, after
a knee injury, I found myself unable to run again. At that point, I decided to
train for my first competition. As I'm an intense person, I always do things intensely.
Three months later, I was on stage smiling at the audience, proud of what I had
accomplished!
Fitness is for me the way to be as beautiful
on the inside as on the outside. You need to know yourself and be mentally strong
to go through everything it involves. Beating yourself up in the gym is not the
only thing you need to do in order to succeed. I am learning every day what life
has to offer me. Maybe that's the most interesting thing about it!
Being
new in the industry, I need to make my place and stay myself.
I
want to thank my family, especially my sister, for being there at my first show.
I also want to thank my trainer, Sébastien Thauvette, and everyone who
believed and still believes in me. It feels good not be alone!
Feel
free to contact me. It is always a pleasure to know interesting people!
